Refund policy

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or broken during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please provide valid proof, such as clear photos or videos showing the issue, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: 

Due to the handmade nature, please note there may be slight variations between them. These are not considered faults, but unique perks of a handmade item. Products with larger imperfections will be remade.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@potaristudio.com with your order details and proof of damage. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than shipping damage. This includes:

  • Items that are not damaged
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@potaristudio.com.
