Artist Cenotoph reimagines porcelain ceramics with bold geometric relief patterns, enhanced by a dynamic glaze that shifts with light.

Each handcrafted cup and saucer set embodies meticulous detail, reflecting a contemporary interpretation of ceramic art. Perfect for collectors seeking functional elegance, this limited-edition piece bridges cultural heritage and avant-garde aesthetics. Explore Cenotaph's approach at Potari Studio, where global artistry meets curated curation.

An emerging Chinese handcraft artist specializing in Brutalist sculpture and experimental spatial design. Based in Jingdezhen - China's ceramic capital, this Shandong University of Art and Design graduate reimagines traditional craftsmanship through deconstructed geometries and chaotic visual narratives.

A Different Story on Every Side

Our artist Cenotaph carefully applies glaze by hand, giving each side of the piece its own unique pattern. No two angles are ever the same.

Brutalism Meets Ceramics

Cenotaph was drawn to the raw elegance of Brutalist design — its lines, its silence. What began with bold blocks became a pursuit of contrast: crisp edges softened by glaze, tension held in clay. Each piece captures the quiet collision of structure and soul.

Why Potari?

Thoughtfully chosen

We don’t believe in mass-produced decor. Everything at Potari is handpicked — not just for how it looks, but for the story behind it. Each piece is made by an independent artist, and meant to feel personal, not perfect. Just like your home.

Made by creatives, for creatives

Potari was started to support the kind of artists we admire — passionate, hands-on, often overlooked. When you buy from us, you’re helping creative folks keep doing what they love. That matters more than ever.

Don't just take our words for it

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer global shipping, if you have trouble filling the address or would like to require a faster shipping option, please contact us at support@potaristudio.com. For more info, please refer here.

We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your region, typically ranging from 10–20 days. For more details, please visit our shipping policy.

Unfortunately, unless the goods (i.e. the items you ordered) are damaged during shipping, we are unable to offer a free refund or exchange. In the event of damages, please refer to our return policy and contact us.

Due to their handcrafted nature, some of our products are only available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. However, certain partnered artists accept made-to-order (or preorder) requests. In these cases, production begins only after the order has been placed, so a waiting time is required—usually between 2 weeks and 2 months. You can find the estimated waiting time in each product’s description.

Due to the traditional handcrafting process, each ceramic piece may feature small, naturally occurring iron spots. These unique marks are a result of the authentic materials and techniques used—they are not imperfections, but part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.

We offer global shipping, with rates typically around $7 for the US, £5.50 for the UK, and similar elsewhere. The shipping fee is charged per order—not per item—so you can bundle multiple items together. Plus, enjoy free shipping when you spend over £65 / $85 in a single order. For more info, please refer to our shipping policy.

Feel free to reach out via our contact page—we’re always happy to help!
